About Gajan Rajeswaran

Dr Gajan Rajeswaran is a Consultant Musculoskeletal Radiologist with a Subspecialist Interest in Elite Sport, having studied medicine at Imperial College. He previously completed two post-CCT fellowships in Musculoskeletal Imaging at Chelsea & Westminster Hospital and the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital and was a Consultant Radiologist at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital (where he was training programme director) from 2011 to 2017 and at University College London Hospital from 2018 to 2019 before moving into full time private practice.

He is a member of the International Skeletal Society and is experienced in Elite Sports Imaging, having worked as a Radiologist at the Glasgow XX Commonwealth Games 2014, the London World Athletic Championships 2017 and The Championships, Wimbledon 2018, 2019, 2021, 2022 and 2023 as well as regularly working with a number of Premier League and Championship Football Clubs, Premier League Rugby Clubs, England Women's Rugby and the Lawn Tennis Association.

He has a Postgraduate Certificate in Medical Education, 24 radiological publications in peer reviewed journals (12 1st name author; h-index 11), has co-authored 3 textbooks, has contributed over 30 abstracts to national and international Scientific Research Meetings and lectures regularly on the national and international circuit.
