About Jonathan White
Professor Jonathan White is a clinician and academic in both London and Brussels. He has published over 100 original research articles and is an author in the Rook dermatology textbook. He is co-Editor in Chief of the Journal Contact Dermatitis. He also works on disease classification at the WHO. Although a general dermatologist, he has a particular interest in skin allergy, inflammatory skin conditions and complex medical cases, especially atopic dermatitis (eczema).
He worked for many years as a consultant at the St John's Institute of Dermatology in London and now is based for his academic work at the université libre de Bruxelles in Belgium. He is a member of the Medical and Scientific Committee of the World Health Organization for ICD-11 in Geneva.

Your first consultation includes a detailed discussion of your symptoms, medical history, and lifestyle factors, followed by a thorough examination. It’s helpful if you can bring the results of any previous investigations with you, as well as a list of your current medications. Come with a comfortably full bladder so you can provide a urine sample if requested.
