About Constantinos Parisinos
Dr Constantinos Parisinos is a highly experienced Consultant Gastroenterologist and Pancreatobiliary (PB) specialist based in London. He offers expert care for a wide range of digestive and liver conditions, including acid reflux, abdominal pain, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), liver disease, gallstones, pancreatitis, and bowel cancer screening.
He performs advanced diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, including gastroscopy, colonoscopy, endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) and endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP), helping patients get fast, accurate answers and effective treatment plans.
Dr Parisinos trained at the University of Edinburgh and completed specialist gastroenterology training in London. He undertook prestigious PB fellowships at UCLH and Imperial College, and received a competitive UEG Fellowship to further specialise in EUS at the University of Santiago de Compostela, Spain. He holds an NHS Consultant post at the Royal London Hospital, Barts Health, and is an Honorary Senior Lecturer at Queen Mary University London. He is an elected member of multiple BSG committees, aiming at improving standards of care within endoscopy and gastroenterology at a national level.
Alongside his clinical work, he holds a PhD in Health Data Science from UCL and an MSc in Public Health from the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine. His award-winning research, funded by leading research organisations including the Wellcome Trust and NIHR, focuses on improving care for liver and metabolic conditions using data and genetics. He has published widely in leading journals including Science, J Hepatology, Gastroenterology, and The Lancet Digital Health.

Come with a comfortably full bladder so you can provide a urine sample if requested.
