Yes. All our centres are fully wheelchair accessible, with step-free entry and lifts to every floor.
If you need a wheelchair for your visit, please contact us in advance or speak to our Front of House team, and they’ll be happy to arrange one for you.
If you need help moving around the centre or accessing specific areas, please get in touch before your appointment so we can arrange the right support for you.
Yes. All of our centres have accessible toilets located close to waiting areas and consultation rooms.
Please let your centre know before your appointment if you need any specific adjustments or support. We’ll do everything we can to make your visit as comfortable as possible.
Yes. Let the centre know before your visit if you’d like an interpreter, and this can be arranged for you through LanguageLine.
Interpretation is typically provided over the phone. If an in-person translator is preferred, this can also be arranged, although this may be subject to an additional fee.
Pets, Dogs & Assistance Animals
For safety and hygiene reasons, animals are not permitted at Welbeck unless they are registered assistance dogs.
Yes. Registered assistance dogs are welcome throughout our centres. If you plan to bring one, it’s helpful if you can let us know in advance so we can ensure your visit is as smooth as possible.
Emotional support animals aren’t usually permitted, as only registered assistance dogs are allowed inside clinical areas. If you feel you may need additional support during your visit, please contact your centre, and they’ll do their best to help.
